Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval is required before changing or adding anything to the property. For example: painting the house, removing a tree, installing a pool, replacing a fence, landscaping, adding solar panels, shed, porch or patio cover, gazebo, etc.

research for your reque

Please be aware that the Acc  does all the 

research for your request. They research the City of San Antonio Code Compliance 

department .When you receive the answer to your request, please be assured that it has been researched. You may not like the answer. The committee is trying to save you the expense of replacing the project. The City does send out officers to expect the property's. The City can fine you for not being in compliance or not having the required permits.

Request that are made for anything that doesn't fall under code compliance will be researched to the standard of the HOA convents.

There have been questions regarding Fire Pits in our Subdivision.

Per the city of San Antonio you can have a fire pit. There are rules that must be followed to stay in compliance.

1. Distance: Minimum of 15 feet from buildings, fences, and property lines.

2. Construction: Must be made of Non-Combustible materials ( metal, rock, concrete).

3.

3. Safty Features: A metal screen or spark arrestor must be in place to prevent embers from flying.

4. Operation: Fire pits cannot be left unattended, and a means of extinguishment (hose or fire extinguisher) must be nearby.

5. Prohibitions: Burning trash, Leaves, or construction materials are ILLEGAL.

6. Burn Bans: During Bexar  County burn bans, small, attended fires are approved, screened containers are permitted.

Be Aware our lots have a six(6) foot easement at the back of the property which has a gas line running though it.

Before you dig call 811. This is a free service. They will come out and check for power lines and gas lines.

We have a five foot easement in the back of our yards . There are gas lines in these easements.  Please be aware !


Don't let your dogs use your neighbors yard as a bathroom. Clean up after your dogs.

Please don't blow grass or leaves into the streets. When it rains ,it washes them drown to the drain , which can cause a blockage.

add Solar panels? Don't forget to put in a ACC request.

The job is to plan the Annual events . Easter, 4th of July, Neighbors to Neighbors, Halloween, Christmas contest.

Need to work with in the budget that the board has budgeted for. 

Set up the event and take it down. Get volunteers to help.
