There was a zoom
meeting for those in our neighborhood.
Letters were sent out 2 weeks prior stating date and time. Please be advise that we had a poor turn out. The board had elected to do zoom meetings , so homeowners can attend from the comfort of their homes. The meetings last about an hour.
I encourage the Homeowners to attend these meetings. There's so much information about whats going on in our neighborhood, budget, city, up coming events.
The board would like to hear from you. Your feedback is very important. So please join us on the next one.

We will be holding Neighbors coming together (National Night Out) at the Park. From 6 pm to 8 pm.
We're expecting our Saffe Officer and City Council District 7 Representative, and others from the City to attend.

Despite recent rains we are still in SAWS’ Stage 3 watering restrictions. Much of the summer is still ahead. Community Yard Sale
We will have our Community Yard sale on October 11,12,2025. The homeowner is responsible for getting their own permit.
There will be signs posted on the fence coming into our subdivision. And posted on Next Door. Please do not post any signs on the island.
