Oak Bluff HOA held it's annual meeting on November 15, 2025 - with 25 proxies and good attendance - thank you for being present!
Eric De Luna, District 7 Council, presented us with topics about Prue Road infrastructure and traffic lights.
The City of San Antonio has increased emergency support services with additional fire fighters and police officers.
Each district has a committee dedicated to the reduction of homelessness, due to the housing shortage.
The playground deconstruction has begun, as it is not ADA compliant. To adhere to ADA guidelines - our community would need to invest $70k to rebuild.

Our brush pick up will be the first week in January 2026. Please have all large branches, organic bagged leaves, and brush items placed on the curbside.
Do not place Bulk items, such as furniture, household goods, demolition materials, or mattresses.
A flyer will be placed on your door by SAWS, please use this as a reference guide for approved items.

Home Holiday Decorating Contest with Mrs. Claus!
Judging will begin at 7:30pm.
Mrs. Claus and her elves will ride around the neighborhood, viewing the bright lights and judging the best decorated homes!
Prizes will be awarded (gift cards)
as follows:
1st place $150
2nd place $125
3rd place $100
Rules:
Only decorations visible from the street
will be subject to grading.
Winners are limited to 1st, 2nd or 3rd place prizes for 3 consecutive years (beginning 2023)
All winners must be current with all HOA dues to
be eligible for a prize.
